I’m always on the hunt for fashion pieces at great prices, so when I heard about Brandy Melville I was interested instantly. It’s a great store amongst college kids who gd forbid get caught on facebook wearing the same outfit more than once.
I knew they had a store in soho, but when I heard there was one in Santa Monica I practically ran there. Now, I’m in love. The fabrics are to DIE for. Literally, bury me in one of their sweaters. I bought 12 items for a mere $220. And they threw a top in for free.
Brandy Melville epitomizes California Dreamin. Everything is so effortless and the aesthetic is carefree. I am obsessed and going back once a month for more and more items.
Here are some pics I took of the store.
I have just arrived back from visiting Francesca in LA. I am now officially ready to retire my bathing suits and sandals, thank god! After getting over a bit of Jet lag I ventured out today to walk the stores and explore. So over the next few days I will share all my wonderful findings with you guys.
Let start with my new infatuation Ann Taylors Fall 2011 Jewelry. The prices are a dream to begin with and on top of that, they are currently offering 40% off all fall items, could it get any better?
Here are a few of my personal choices, but check the whole collection here
I must admit I am a little biased considering tassels are my major obsession. Last season I bought the most amazing Oscar de la Renta Turquoise tassel earrings and could not get enough of them!!!

Glass ice statement necklace $98
Ombre metal waterfall necklace $98
Glass ice charm bracelet $58
Ombre metal linear earrings $48
Golden pendant necklace $68 (this is major!)
Ombre drop earrings $38
Sunset necklace $88
As the summer is coming to an end we are graced with the VMA’s. To be honest I am a bit sick of the Summer and can not wait to slip into my boots. A trend that was definitely very present at tonight’s VMA’s were sequins! Everywhere I turned there were sparkles and sequins and even a little color. Here are some looks that caught my eye. I am so excited about Beyonce being with child and thought she looked so cute!
Zoe Saldana – Barbar Bui
Selena Gomez – Julien Macdonald
Katy Perry – straight from Christian Dior Fall 2011 runway
Katie Holmes – Alaia
Beyonce – Lanvin, Dolce & Gabbana (such cute maternity looks)
Demi Lovato – Mandalay
Ne-Yo – love his sparkly sweater
Justin Bieber – YSL
What was your favorite look of the night?
I have had an obsession with Senso for about a year now, so I am so excited for this new season of shoes.
I get stopped EVERY time I am wearing a pair of Senso heels, and the best part is nobody has ever heard of the brand so nobody copies me.
Attached are my favorites from Fall 2011…
